AfroFood’s Yeti Ezeanni was selected as one of the select few local and international chefs invited to be featured in the 5th Annual Publix Healthy Cooking Pavilion at the 2012 National Black Arts Festival in Atlanta, GA. Yeti whipped up a few of her famous dishes and provided recipe tips featuring AfroFood Spices on both Friday and Saturday of the event. The menu included AfroFood Curry bean fritters with a tomato relish, an African stir-fry with AfroFood’s Thyme and a pan-seared tilapia seasoned with AfroFood’s Ras El Hanout.

The NBAF (National Black Arts Festival) is one of the premier national and international presenters of the art, music and culture of people of African descent. The mission of the NBAF is to engage, cultivate and educate diverse audiences about the arts and culture of the African Diaspora and provide opportunities for artistic and creative expression. The first NBAF was held in 1988.
